Northshore Hamilton is one of the largest and most exciting urban renewal projects ever envisaged for Brisbane. A world-class mixed use waterside precinct, just six kilometres from the CBD, Northshore Hamilton will revitalise approximately 64 hectares of former port land, give back two kilometres of riverfront to the people of Brisbane, and create a contemporary new riverside suburb that’s home to around 10,000 residents when completed.
Northshore Hamilton has been crafted to breathe fresh life into a large tract of former port land between Portside Wharf and the Royal Queensland Golf Course.
Approximately 64 hectares is owned by the Port of Brisbane Corporation Limited (PBC or Corporation) and the Corporation established Northshore Development Group (NDG) to facilitate the infrastructure development and sale of port land.
